Overview of Day:

Expo opens promptly at 10:00 am

   -Coaching/Prep Sessions starting at 9:45 am, running every 15 minutes until 10:45 am
   -Young Professionals Panel, 11 am - 11:30 am
   -Be Your Own Boss Panel, 11:45 am-12:15 am

Expo concludes at 1:00 pm

Parking for the County Center is available in the West Lot across from the Bronx River Parkway.  Parking is complimentary for all participating students and alumni with resume.

Westchester County Center is also in walking distance of the White Plains Transit Center- Metro North Railroad via the Harlem Line.  Visit http://www.mta.info/mnr for schedules and tickets.

Some schools will have coordinated bus transportation for their students. Please contact your Career Services Office for more information.
Job & Internship Fair Prep:

    • Dress is business attire – see below for suggestions
    • Bring plenty of copies of a recent resume; you will need to turn in one copy as your ticket into the event
    • Research participating employers beforehand
    • Bring a photo ID (school ID preferred for students)
    • Contact your Career Services office with any additional questions and for additional preparation tips

Suit  Two piece suit, ideal is solid navy or grey)  Solid/ pinstripe in  black/navy/grey (skirt-suit or pantsuit)
Shirt and Blouse  Solid white or blue shirt  White or pastel blouse

Shoes – Black or brown, non-athletic

Belt - Should match shoes in color

Tie – Conservative pattern/color

Socks – Should match pants in color (no white or athletic socks!)

• Shoes – Dark leather pumps are ideal; Open toed shoes/Sandals are not appropriate!
